I was happy with the service at Chapelhouse MG Bolton because initial sale was great being dealt with by Martin a number off occasions told would be getting call back by member off team with no call backs.once Martin resumed control back to excellent service and good handover by Tyler.

I would not recommend Chapelhouse MG Bolton because very disorganised, travelled to Bolton to collect at agreed time and was unable to get it as it was locked in valeting place. Martin was very apologetic about the situation and arranged to get my car delivered. We are now 2weeks later still no v5. Back window in car not cleaned. Still not been told when the service is due and whether it was serviced prior to me buying it even though I have asked 3 times. I have never had such a bad experience when buying a car. Cash sale so no long paperwork. Literally I saw it said I wanted it, paid for it and then disaster when collecting it. Martin was very nice but he couldn't put right the disappointment I felt. Buying a new car should be a pleasure but it was a nightmare really.

The experience at Chapelhouse MG Bolton was good because staff were friendly and helpful. Josh resolved several issues, including driving to our home to drop items off. Martin was very helpful in arranging a finance deal to suit us.
I would not recommend Chapelhouse MG Bolton because,
A deposit was placed for an SE after a stock check, your system meant a Trophy was ordered in error without my agreement. I was not informed of this error for two weeks, although I was provided with a different explanation initially by the salesperson. The GM did arrange some additional funding in an attempt to reduce the cost.
The final cost was ~£40/m more than originally agreed and I felt at the time that this was a purposeful act of upselling.
When I went to discuss the issue with the manager, although he was open with me I was still extremely close to walking away from this deal as it was not what I ordered at the price we agreed.
I am using the MG charger at work and this is very short compared to Ford or Audi who have 6-8m cables which male life a lot simpler, I therefore need to consider purchasing a second non-oem unit to make work charging more versitle.
